I had 2 years of issues with degradation on my line. Causing low speeds and disconnections. Eir would not sort the issue out and Digiweb’s representative Ryan O’Donnell communicated with me every step of the way and did everything in his power to help me. His professionalism, knowledge and experience have been unparalleled to others in the industry and I cannot recommend Digiweb enough, their service is absolutely great and I hope to return once Eir roll out fibre to the home. If it wasn’t for all his efforts I would have left long ago. He was relentless in his support to resolve the issue and in no way do I feel their service was lacking, it was all Eir a combination of lazy engineers and checks that they would not carry out in my house. I have moved to 5G mobile broadband with imagine and getting great speeds from them. But I fully intend to return to Digiweb once full fibre is available. Ryan is a credit to Digiweb and there should be more people like him in the telecommunications industry making it a pleasure to deal with them and building up trust and loyalty by providing 10/10 support to their customers. Thanks for all you have done.
Hugo successfully guided and assisted me through the setup process for my new Zyxel modem. I greatly appreciated his patience and competence. Hugo answered all my questions patiently and expertly. I look forward to working with him again in the future.
It was explained in detail and if I had questions they were answered for me and the agent I was speaking to spoke clearly and double checked everything with me made sure I knew exactly what I was getting in my contract, very very pleasant experience 10 out of 10 for your rep Leo. I would have to say I don't think I've had a better experience dealing with a customer service rep in any business I've dealt with. Thank you so much for the fantastic experience.
