Superb customer service from Diptyque Online Boutique

I am a big fan of the brand, but have always brought items from Diptyque concessions in Department Stores as I heard that the Online Boutique customer service a bit hit and miss. After placing a recent order online which I was very pleased with, I decided to reach out to customer service online to see if I can arrange to replace a missing part of an Diptyque hourglass diffuser which I sadly lost in a house move. My enquiry was handled by Muboti, who dealt with it professionally and efficiently to organise a replacement for me. I am over the moon. To me, it is worth paying extra for luxury items to get excellent after care.

5* service from the customer service team, Muboti has been an absolute star. My order was held up in customs for a few days and the customer service team have been very quick to reply to my emails.

BIG MISTAKE

Love Diptyque but they’ve stopped making their feu de bois room spray. Why???? Big mistake - doubt I will buy from them again.

Update:Nicole and Nikki both were able to assist me in resolving a concern I had with my order. I am now simply waiting. It seems they have been busy with winter Holidays. Thank you Diptyque!

Fantastic customer service

Products as always are second to none in design, quality, packaging and scent.I’ve had trouble with DPD lately and Krishna was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. She even sent me a large box of samples as a gesture for my issues.Quality has a price, and Diptyque 100% justify their price tag in every facet.

Horrible.Scents, after 2 hours, turn stinky, like you wallowed in rotting brusel sprouts.Return? Not what they represent. I brought back perfume gift in original, unopened package, in perfect condition.No credit. Only exchange for more expensive goods.Ridiculous.Nikki in main US office emailed me that a manager would get back to me.Didn't happenBad Nikki - she should be fired.Bad perfume.Bad candles,Bad employees
