Simple and Easy to use

Upfront with costing and so easy to use, I was able to track the order and see how long it would take. Within the hour my phone was unlocked and ready to use. I would use this service again and can recommend Direct Unlocks. A very efficient service

Beware of DirectUnlocks: A Deceptive Scam That Lures You In With Hidden Fees and Empty Promise

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with DirectUnlocks.com, and I strongly urge anyone considering using their service to read this review carefully before proceeding. Here’s how it all went down: I purchased a phone in the USA that was locked by the carrier and found DirectUnlocks, who advertise a quick and easy remote unlock service by IMEI. According to their website, the process is supposed to be instant, with only three simple steps: enter your IMEI, pay a fee, and your phone is unlocked. Sounds too good to be true, right? Unfortunately, it was. After entering my IMEI and selecting my network, I was prompted to pay $28.99. Great, I thought—just $28.99 to unlock my phone. But then things took a turn. I received an email saying that an "Eligibility Check" had been completed, and while my phone was ready to be unlocked, I now needed to pay an additional $60 for the "Standard Service Unlock."At this point, I was already frustrated, but I thought, "Fine, I’ll pay the extra $60 for the service." But that wasn’t the end of it. A few days later, I received another email saying that the standard unlock wasn’t available, and that I would need to upgrade to the Premium Unlock service, priced at $174, with a 100% success rate.I was stunned! This was not what was promised when I first paid the $28.99, and I was now being asked to pay even more for a "premium" service. But, trying to be reasonable, I contacted customer service to inquire about a refund, as I clearly didn’t get the service I was led to believe I was purchasing. Their response? A boilerplate message explaining that I had agreed to the terms and conditions when I signed up and was expected to pay the additional $174.After some back and forth, I reluctantly paid the $174 for the "guaranteed" service. They assured me that my phone would be unlocked within 5 days. But after 5 days, the status on their website still said "99% complete," with the estimated time remaining being "Imminent."I continued to reach out, asking for a refund, and was met with the same generic responses, telling me to "wait another 24 hours" or "wait another 48 hours." This went on for over a month, and despite the constant promises and my growing frustration, the status on the website still said "99% complete."Finally, after gathering all the evidence of their scam, I filed a chargeback with my bank, and fortunately, I was able to get my money refunded. However, even after the chargeback, their website still shows my phone as "99% ready to unlock," with no sign of progress. In conclusion, DirectUnlocks.com is nothing more than a scam. They lure you in with a low initial fee, then continue to ask for more money under false pretenses, with no intention of actually unlocking your phone. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Don’t fall for their misleading promises and hidden fees. You will not get the service you pay for, and you'll end up wasting your time and money.

It is just a bloody rip-off

It is just a bloody rip-off. First they make you happy after initial payment of 25 € telling you that they can unlock you phone. Then you have to pay them another 55€ to complete the the whole procedure. After one week they tell you the phone can not be unlocked. I am baffled. And no refund. Hope I get my money back via credit card company.

I paid $25 and then another $60 to have…

I paid $25 and then another $60 to have my phone unlocked and I spoke to a girl name Anna that I had no more payments Was being unlocked swiftly and correctly this morning I checked and say I owe $237 to unlock my phone which they didn’t say any of that yesterday I read a bunch of reviews. I even contacted them and said I saw it say they’re being scam and she reassured me that that was not the case so yes do not try and unlock your phone here and scam. I’m not really sure they even know how to unlock phones but they keep trying to say Unlock your phone for a certain amount of money and they don’t don’t do it.
