I would give them -5 stars.They trap you with a two-payment strategy. They advertise that they unlock in a few minutes and charge $28.99, only to realize there is a tiny footprint. This $28.99 is for checking eligibility only; then, you will need to pay an additional $50. And now it is not the end; the waiting time has been expanded to 7 days from a few minutes. If you ask for a refund, they claim that the $28.99 is non-refundable and that the $50 they provided is a voucher, but no refund is available.What a SCAM, STAY AWAY
Absolute scam - they misguide the customer that it will cost £25 to unlock the phone. Then they proceed with the bait and switch that another £50 is required to complete the unlock. Class action suit worthy. Just go directly to the network provider the phone is locked with and request an unlock for free. I had to find out the hard way.
Directunlock unlocked my phone from claro. It took a litle bit longer than I expected but the Job was done. Upon doubting that the job would be done, I texted Directunlock and they got back to me within minutes assuring me that they were on top of there job working on unlocking my phone. Thank you Direct unlocks, Now I can gi to a different carrier.
General service was very poor. £37.99 out of pocket as the phone is still not unlocked. Happy to take the money but not quick about getting phone unlocked. Agent on chat was rather unhelpful but continued to state the reason for the payment. I would never use nor recommend this service to anyone.
