I paid $88.99 to DirectUnlocks for unlocking my Samsung Galaxy S24+ (T-Mobile USA). After full payment, they admitted the phone can't be unlocked through the normal code and offered a credit note, not a refund.I explained that I can’t use the credit note, but they refused to refund to my original card. I’m now stuck without service or money.This is the worst experience I’ve had with an online service. Please be careful — they will not help you once payment is made, even if the service fails.
SCAM! SCAM! Stay away. Initially looks like it only costs $25 to unlock your phone but it's to get you in. They will try to charge you more and more. Very deceiving practices. Please shut them down! Some credit card companies are already blacklisting this merchant. Beware!
there are cheaters in eligibility check they know that whether phone could be in ther eligiblity criteria to unlock or not but they need money ,they are responding live chat to pull to pay and giving assurance ,when you paid thats it they donot care about you after few days after that they said sorry wecant unclock your mobile and final they wont give your refund i lost my $80
THESE SCUMBAGS DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS!!DirectUnlocks is a complete scam. They first asked for $24 for an “eligibility check,” then demanded $54, then $105, and then $150 — all without actually unlocking my phone. Every time they claim “one final payment is needed” They have slimy people who respond back with slippery tongues who claim that what they are doing is completely legitimate. It is a complete scam no one should ever be charged over $300 to have an iPhone unlocked. It is the companies obligation to the customer to inform them of the potential cost of an unlock at the beginning stage so they can make an educated decision to move forward or not. This company is scamming people out of their money and should not be allowed to operate. There are so many complaints just like mine. (They even sent me some fake reviews to try and change my mind) Please read them prior to using this dodgy company, I hope this review can help someone not find themselves in the same position these shameless people have put me in.DO NOT use DirectUnlocks. You will lose your money.
