I strongly advise against using this site for unlocking phones; they will take your money and then try to get you to pay even more. To start, you need to enter your IMEI number, select the carrier, along with the phone's make and model. I paid $24.99 for the unlocking service, only to find out 30 minutes later that this was just to check eligibility, which was not mentioned beforehand or during the process. They then requested an additional $54 to unlock my phone. I wouldn't spend that much if I had it; the phone itself is probably worth around $100 used. I attempted to reach out to the support team, and they claimed someone would respond within 30 minutes, but it has now been 4 hours. I want a refund. After they asked for the extra $54, they also mentioned that initiating another unlock could lead to a permanent lock on my phone, which is very concerning. It's unclear what they meant by that, but it feels predatory towards customers. Moreover, when they request more money, there’s no option to decline the next payment! They are trapping customers in this situation. I cannot afford to unlock the phone, even if I wanted to go through another service. This company is a scam and has ruined my weekend over $24.99. They must be profiting by taking money from people without being transparent about the costs involved! I regret not checking others' experiences before using this site. I've noticed that many customers report being asked for a third payment to finish the process!
I placed an order on 24 November 2025. The service could not be completed because my device does not prompt for an unlock code, and Remote USB is not an option for this model. According to the support messages, the case was escalated to the Head of Refunds multiple times. However, every update I received simply stated that: “the manager has not issued the written decision yet.” For over three weeks, I have been told to “wait 24 hours” for a manager decision that never comes. Despite submitting all necessary documents (payment receipt, screenshots, device status), no refund has been processed, and no written decision has been provided. Since the company stopped responding to my emails, I had to use my internal credit again to place another order, which now shows 72% progress — yet my original order remains unresolved, and my money has not been returned. At this point, I am reporting: • Lack of transparency • Failure to provide the promised refund • Failure to deliver a written decision after multiple deadlines • Support continuously shifting responsibility to “management” with no real action I am making this report public because all my communication attempts have been ignored. I expect a full resolution and the promised refund process.
I was attracted by the $24.99 unlock offer, but after payment, I learned that this fee was just for identification. They initially provided this service for free on their website. Now they want an extra $59 to actually unlock the phone, which is more than I would pay for an unlocked device.
