The quality of the bed divan we purchased is fantastic! Coupled with the fact that there is a choice of ordering it with continental drawers, this makes the divan the perfect choice for anyone who has bedside cabinet (I can still open the drawers without moving the bedside cabinet!).The customer services have been extremely helpful. Overall, very happy customer!!
They amended the order to do a colour change due to us changing our mind. Delivered promptly. Delivery guys were lovely and polite and very helpful. Bed is truly lovely and looks amazing !! A positive experience all round. Would highly recommend.
Have to give four star, but would of given 5 star only because I never received a email saying the bed was going to be delivered on a certain day. I wasnt living at the property at the time, so had a phone call from the delivery driver at 8am on a Saturday morning, saying they were outside my address! So had to rush there extremely quickly to receive it. I didnt like the colour of the bed so I contacted the company, and they were very happy to send pictures of other colours they do and replace the bed with the colour I like. So they arranged delivery to pick up the old bed and drop off the new bed in just a couple of days. They arranged a really early morning slot and the delivery man was right on time. Cant fault them for customer service, as other companys would of charged or taken forever to get the delivery sorted. They were brilliant!
Brilliant!I don't think you can go wrong, very professional delivery drivers (and very strong blimey), the ordering experience was very easy and the bed although I have not unwrapped it yet apart from a peek of the colour on the headboard is exceptional value for money, I will definitely keep this company in mind if I change my bed in the future and I will definitely be recommending
