Lovely bed delivered but I had to chase the delivery up.And be careful when you pay for the extras, as I thought I paid for the dismantling of my old bed and mattress and then recycled, and them putting up the new bed. The cost for this was £79.00. But what I actually got was them taking away the old bed and leaving me with the new bed in bits in the bedroom as the delivery guys said that's what I paid.... It definitely was not what I paid for as I'm on my own so things like assembling stuff is important to me I would not use this company again due to this but not a bad bed when I finally got help to put up
Ordered single divan set for a relative on a fixed income. Excellent price compared to major retailers where prices are a least double for the product needed. Had to wait a while for delivery but that was to be expected due to the Christmas holidays. They even upgraded the mattress free of charge which was nice.The two delivery guys were brilliant!My relative is very pleased with her new bed overall.
Base on the positive reviews, I’ve decided to make a purchase. However, I had a query about delivery and I’ve emailed them twice in a space of a week. One straight after purchase and one 6 days in between. Non existent communication doesn’t give me much confidence. If I don’t hear from them by the end of mid week, next week (last day I’m meant to receive my order) I will be contacting the bank for a charge back.
Ordered a divan bed base, arrived with no issues. Initially had a few questions about the base height which were answered quickly by the company via text. They were responsive and helpful and the delivery service was spot on, with a slot booked in advance and a call 30mins before arrival. End to end no issues at all. It was easy choosing the bed we wanted despite there being so many options. We were given a delivery period of 7 to 10 days. We were contacted by the delivery company after 8 days and given a delivery date and time and kept abreast throughout the delivery day. A great process.The bed was easy to put together and seem to be of good quality. All together a great experience. Would recommend
Delivery took a while to arrange initially then less than 24 hour notice of delivery which we couldn't do, next delivery date a week later was then cancelled last minute by them, finally received a day later. Mattress slides off every we time we open the bed, board the base top is made of is flimsy, hinges too springy bed just about stays closed with Mattress on it.
