I've had one of the worst experiences with this delivery in my life. I had to open a PayPal claim in order to get a refund. Lots of time and energy wasted. They kept on promissing a delivery, missing that delivery date, coming up with excuses and never calling back.
I am generally quite pleased with my new bed it is nice and isn't wobbly at all, just what I ordered. The headboard is lovely and supportive. The only complaint I have with it is that it does tend to bend in the middle slightly and generally doesn't feel quite as sturdy as what was promised but it's still quite good. The customer support was some of the best I've seen, very quick responses to any issues raised and a nice delivery driver.
I had a very awesome experience with this company. After choosing the bed base I couldn't decide the material colour so I asked for some swatches that were sent really quickly. Finally I decided the colour after a lot of deliberating. Then we had an issue with how high the headboard should be but I was able to message the company and give the specific height I required. This was so helpful. The bed was then delivered on the Tues, 3 days later. It arrived very well packaged and the bed looks amazing. The colour is a perfect match. The company gave me an extremely efficient service. I'm one happy customer who would definitely recommend this company.
