Excellent and good value product.

Product is excellent for the price. Pre delivery service very good. There was a mix up over delivery dates, by the supplier, that messed me about and inconvenienced me. I paid for assembly and recycling, this was also very good.

Perfect single bed with guest bed.

Ordered a Dream Vendor Guest bed set for my Granddaughter. She was moving from a cabin bed, making the decision on a single bed with guest bed underneath perfect for sleepovers. I chose the pale pink headboard and was delighted that the bed base matched the colour. The ordering process from the Divan Factory Outlet was super easy, the bed was delivered by two gentleman, as promised. The bed was very simple to assemble resulting in one very happy little girl. I have no hesitation giving 5 stars.

Customer service

We had issues with the timescale with delivery. The customer service was very quick to answer. They also own up to their or delivery errors, corrected this without us chasing. we are very happy with the bed.
