Made a decision to buy 2 beach towels with the 10% discount. All in basket, discount applied, to find that order has to be over £50 for free shipping! So basically discount wiped out by the £4 shipping. So will not be purchasing. You lured me in and lost me in one fail swoop. Give the discount and free shipping for first order, that makes more sense to me and I am sure others. Thank you, I have been refunded for the shipping. Great customer service.
Purchased 2 Dock & Bay towels at a cost of £24.99 each = £50 in March 2024 via Amazon. They are authenticate D&B towels. Purchased them based on their sales pitch regarding "QUICK DRY" and lightweight. Lightweight they are, but QUICK DRY THEY ARE NOT. How are they quick dry when it takes 9+ hours to dry... extremely disappointed at the fake claims, definitely do not recommend.
Brilliant Customer Service. In common with other reviews here, my experience of the customer service was excellent. Not only that but the products are brilliant too. We often have guests and drying beach towels was difficult and expensive. These dry in no time and look good as well.
Couldn't praise Dock and Bay more highly. Their towels are just the best, but on top of that the customer service is next level. There was a mistake with a personalised towel, which was a wedding gift. There was not much time at all to get a new one sent over, but they sent a new one, for free, with priority posting, and kept me up to date all throughout the process. The lady was so friendly and really supportive when I was stressing out about not having a gift in time. Thanks so much!
The website was really easy to navigate, and I chose my towels very quickly. The payment was easy to make, then my new towels turned up in a couple of days, wow speedy!!!I followed the instructions and washed them a couple of times first (no conditioner) and they are now being used daily and saving me £££ in drying costs!!I highly recommend Dock & Bay towels!
I ordered a beach towel and head wrap on next day delivery for £5. Items arrived but received a hand towel instead of a beach towel. So I ordered again another beach towel assuming it was my mistake and paid £5 delivery again. Yet again I was sent a hand towel instead of a beach towel. So I am returning both items and have had to pay another £5 return postage. So it has cost me £15 in postage and haven't even received a correct item !!Very disappointed with this purchase.
