Awful company! I have complained and disputed this annual charge for a couple of years. They will not refund my fee. I’ve never used them ever in 3 years and have paid subscription and they will not refund the latest charge. I was certain that whe I complained last year they canceled my subscription but alas they charged me again and will not credit it. A total SCAM!

This website has questionable practices and offers no refunds for any reason. They send a renewal email a month in advance, but it lacks clear subject lines about auto-renewal. When I attempted to cancel, I could only find an option to downgrade my membership. After emailing them the same day I was charged, they refused to issue a refund, despite me never using their services.
I signed up for a 30-day free trial and unfortunately missed the transition to the paid annual membership due to a lack of reminder emails. After noticing the charge, I contacted support and explained it was an accidental signup. They stated that refunds are against their policy but offered an extra year of membership instead. I politely declined, as I didn’t want the service, and my follow-up messages went unanswered. While I understand the policy, I was hoping for more flexibility given my situation.
I never used the service but found myself out $100 during a difficult time. After recently completing cancer treatment, I have many bills to manage, and this business showed no understanding. I provided proof of my situation, yet never received a renewal invoice.
