I signed up to get this company to do my PPC, SEO, Facebook management and Facebook ads.They delivered next to zero leads/enquiries every month. I was told it would take 3 months to work until it got to month 4 and then it would take 6 months until things started working.If i asked a question then it would take on average 3 emails before i got a reply. I also got lied to repeatedly when i called out a mistake eventually to be told “we’re all human”In my opinion the content was very poor and Ai driven which was probably a main reason why they got little success.Also please be aware they will charge you a full month after you cancel on top of the month you have already paid in advance.REPLY TO YOUR REPLY BELOWI have looked back through all my emails to Camilla to make sure i am being accurate and found the following:The previous person doing only facebook brought me an average of 30 enquiries per monthI switched to DPOM in July and got you to do Facebook management and ads but also SEO and PPC.In the first month with you this dropped to 5 enquiries. 3 in England, 1 in Northern Ireland and 1 in Scotland. I only cover Scotland.The “approved” facebook posts were not followed and posts with products i do not have and services i do not offer were posted instead.I was asked for login details to the website 3 times despite them being sent every time.I have in 3 separate emails from Camilla that i should start seeing results around month 3I asked you to remove a photo as i was told i did not have permission to use it. You then posted it again! I asked Camilla to take it down but it stayed up for 3 days. She said it was facebooks fault. Then i was the only person that saw it. Then she said we are only human and all make mistakes when called out each time.You also posted another facebook post with a product i did not offer with a broken link.W.r.t questions and answers looking through the emails:i had to ask 2 times to get an answer 6 times.I had to ask 3 times to get an answer 5 times.I had to ask 4 times to get an answer 2 times.I had to ask 7 times to get an answer 1 time.This was all over a 4 month period but apart from that i would say you were great!!

Dpom have been instrumental for my business.I am in the tourism industry, Greece mainly and we wanted to target UK visitors to sell roomsIn various properties we operate.Dpom suggested we try google ads and we signed up for their standard package. It took a couple of months to really start making a difference but tourism is slower during the early year so that was fine. Now we are getting more bookings and summer is filling up fast. When we are full we will stop the service and restart for the next service so it’s ideal we only have to give a month notice.Many thanks to the team

Failed to deliver

DP Marketing have not delivered for us and while that is disappointing what really annoys me is that I still have to pay a 3 month notice period. My recommendation is: give notice as soon as you sign with them and then keep giving it so you have, in effect a monthly rolling contract. In this way to can stop the contract if they don’t deliver.Our business is a consultancy, we have a small number of clients who we work with for multiple years. With the nature of our business in mind, DPOM agreed that they key aim for us should be to improve our google search ranking. Unfortunately, our account manager wasn’t an SEO specialist which wasn’t a good start. Then we were told that for Google we needed to verify our address (video of our offices, workstations, branding) as a place of business. But our address is that of our accountant, so our branding isn’t visible and we don’t use their offices - we use our clients offices. DPOM, produced a few blogs for us, which weee ok, but I’m not sure the blog part of our site is set up properly. Despite these setbacks, I persevered, for 9 months but finally gave notice when it was clear that DOOM were having no noticeable impact on our rankings. Having failed us, it’s galling to have to pay for another 3 months of failure, also sad that no one from DPOM has contacted us to ask why we are leaving.

Signed up for Google ads services with…

Signed up for Google ads services with this company a few months ago. I found them to be very transparent, honest and patient from the get go. It took me a few weeks to make a decision and they did check in fairly frequently which is fair enough and then I signed up.After signing up they call you to onboard you and basically repeat what the quote said - a bit annoying but I can see why they have to do it a snot every one reads stuff.I then got about 3 emails again repeating how to cancel and what I should expect - fine but at this point is was tired of being told the same thing. A few months later and I’m very happy with results- they’ve built overtime and continue to increase. I rent out property for tourists in France and target UK travellers and they’ve done wonders for me.

Avoid

They are still trying to bill me after cancelling within 2 weeks! They take your money and do nothing for the first two weeks to avoid the law! Please read other people's negative experiences, unfortunately I am not alone! Think again when using this company.They do not do any work then demand payment even if you cancel.
