From purchasing to delivery everything was so fast and easy, really a great experience. I got a chain for my boyfriend as a gift and he loved it he was impressed by the packing first as it comes with a warranty card, he loved how it looked and asked me straight away if I could get him more as he absolutely loved and having a picky boyfriend that was a win big time, will be buying again for sure.
Fantastic service. Very friendly and excellent customer communication. My ring arrived well packed and in a wonderful presentation bag and box. I didn't pay much for my ring at all but they still went above and beyond to pack it regardless of price.
I bought a bracelet for me and my friend. Mine broke in two weeks and the “warranty” doesn’t apply to it. And my friends bracelet faded from gold to bronze and made her wrist green. Drippy is such bad quality and overpriced. Also the costumer service is useless.
The customer service and contact with Drippy is excellent. I’ve recently bought the rope 3mm chain, franco chain and rope bracelet 3mm. They are a perfect fit and an nice add to my collection. I’m very satisfied with the quality of these items! Favourite store from now on!
