The customer service was excellent! I bought a moissanite bracelet and whenever it touches light it shines so crazy. Well the size was a little too big and when i sent an email i got a response the same day about sending me a different sizs. Just perfect, the customer service and the product!

Had ordered a 7inch clover bracelet, however it was to small unfortunately. No problem for Drippy! They immediately reached out to me and gave my all the options for return. The chain sent to me was supposed to be 16inch.it was shorter digging into my neck.I was informed to send it back to the Netherlands via tracked international post.This cost me£12.40!After waiting a month for a refund they also deducted £6 for my shipping feeTotal cost £18.40Utter disgrace. Buyers beware
