Almost 1 month after return still did not refound money. Customer sevice says every time diferent story putting blame on HP delevery. That big company do not have 50 euros for refound???? Luckly I did not spent more. Also noticed after buying same product from other site that quality of item on Zalando is diferent worse. Avoid or if you have to buy cheaper items to not lose to much money.
Absolute worst costumer service I’ve ever encountered. Zalando recieved my return over a month ago and they still haven’t paid me back. I’ve spoken to 3 of their agents, out of that 2 rude ones, and they just repeat the same useless info without answering my questions. In the past, I’ve sent emails for other orders and they either haven’t answered or answered badly like in this situation. Who is training these people? No way is this company ever getting my money again. They haven’t even had good offers in years and I’ve recieved damaged items multiple times. I considered it accidental mistakes even though one time it was severly damaged but this is a step too far.
I made an order asking for a t-shirt with Médium size and I received a Large size. I understand mistakes can happen,but I wrote to customer care and they told me I have to return the ítem due to their "non exchange policy". It does not seem fair to me to just tell me to return it without any consideration. Next time I will think twice before making another purchase with Zalando.
Made an order that was marked as delivered but I couldn't pick it up due to problems with the delivery service, I tried contacting the courier who said the couldn't help me, and then I tried to contact Zalando customer service. Incredibly rude customer service, I contacted them through e-mail and talked with two different women who completely ignored any questions I had, didn't care about the problems I had with the delivery process and gave flippant replies. I will definitely request a return of my money and delete my account.
The offer is very good and the brands chlice is nice. The issue is woth shipping and returns. Shipments are always late! Each time I ordered necer once has it arrived within given window. Returns are very didficult, not functioning, so the pickup option that they say is available actually is not. You have to take it to the post office yourself. This way, the convenience of online shopping is actually killed.
