James Morris provided excellent customer service, personable, professional, and genuinely helpful. Most importantly, he delivered results!I’ll be recommending Drivalia to all my family, friends, and colleagues. The staff at Stansted were amazing. I even received a free vehicle upgrade. The Watford team were equally outstanding, allowing me to extend my hire and keep the same car I’d grown to love.The service across both locations was simply 10/10. Every member of staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. “What a fantastic surprise! While waiting for my flight at Heathrow, I stopped by for a quick boot refresh. The car renting service was fast, friendly, and the shine was incredible — perfect for arriving in style. Leonardo's team was amazing. Five stars without a doubt!

Turned up to collect our car after…

Turned up to collect our car after paying in advance by master card ( debit ) at Luton parkway ( Luton airport ) to be told that as I don't have a CREDIT CARD if I wanted to hire the car I would have to pay an EXTRA £292 waver on top of what I paid to hire a car for 4 days. I would not get this back. It doesn't say anywhere that they only take CREDIT CARD. If you don't have a credit card stay clear of DRIVALIA care hire.

Worst Leasing Company - Avoid!

Drivalia are, without question, the worst leasing company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The experience has been nothing short of a joke. I have been trying to end a lease agreement for over a month, during which I’ve sent multiple emails (at least six, none of which have been answered) and made several phone calls, only to be passed between three different people who have all been unable to provide any meaningful help.The excuse I’ve been given for the delay is that the team handling terminations is “very small” and affected by annual leave. I’m sorry, but that is not my problem. If your business grinds to a halt because one or two people are on holiday, then your resourcing and business model are fundamentally flawed. Hire more staff and stop operating on a shoestring.On the rare occasions I do manage to reach someone by phone, I’m repeatedly promised an update within 24 hours—yet nothing ever materialises, and the whole cycle begins again. After a month of chasing, I still don’t have a simple termination quote.My advice is simple: avoid this company at all costs. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is astounding.
