A great smooth and painless experience

I needed to rent a car at short notice and as I always have a smooth and painless experience with Drivalia I went with them. I know it gets busy so having the online check in speeds up the process. I also needed to extend by a day and that was online and painless. Excellent service from AK and the rest of the team.

Polite, professional and efficient service

Despite being queues when I arrived and some disgruntled customers were complaining, about the waiting time, I observed Zac and the team who were patient, polite ,helpful and very professional, giving time to each client to get them their car.I was dealt with respectfully, my waiting time was acknowledged and my car processed very efficiently.Pick up and drop off easy.Would recommend and will use Drivalia again.

Great service from Sanj! I use Drivalia Heathrow a couple of times a month very cheap prices and helpful staff!Make sure you have all your documents :)
