This is the third time that I've used Drivalia at Stansted Airport and the assistants (in particular Yumna) have been very efficient and helpful. The cars have always been in excellent condition and good standard. This time my car was damaged by another vehicule and the reception staff were very helpful in making the claim process as easy as possible.

First of all, they gave us a dirty car in exchange for a full tank of gas that wasn't there because the tank was only about half full. Upon returning it, we had to pay an extra £60 for going to the Isle of Mull, as a small paragraph in the contract—which you don't have time to read—states that if you want to go to the Scottish islands, you must pay this completely unjustified and fraudulent fee. The car was old, and had a rather high mileage on it. They don't have an airport location, but you have to take a shuttle, so the location is inconvenient. If you can, avoid it.
