Flight was delayed, when we went to get the car, which was fully prepaid, , they had given it away and had no more cars. The customer service guy (Dan) at London gatwick was incredibly rude and unhelpful. The company wont refund the fully paid car hire that they didn’t deliver.
Flight was late. arrived past midnight. Office closed. Next day at the office they said: 'your booking was cancelled". ok, then refund what I paid? "No, we dont give refunds". To be clear the car was fully paid upfront including insurance.
My flight to EDI got delayed. As it was evening flight as soon as I found out about delay, I contacted them through messenger on their website / in app. I asked if it's possible to pick-up the car later. No response. I arrived to EDI after office hours so I booked accommodation for the night and sent them another message that I will pick-up the car next day in the morning. No response.Next day I came to the office, waited for about 30 minutes and then they told me they cancelled my booking. They offered me another car but it was 4-times more expensive than my original car. So I went to competition and got car fast and for half a price.
