Have consistently used Drivalia Heathrow over every other supplier as the service was second to none ...Up To Now .!Our Flight was delayed and it takes an average time of 40 mins to get the H2d Hoppa bus from the airport to their Depot, so you more than likely to exceed the 1 hour leeway time to collectThis happened to us ...so we were charged 250%.more than what I had booked the car for .!.Its looks now like it's a common theme with Drivalia Heathrow ..so be Warned ...give yourself at least 2 hours from your due arrival time and collection ...Play Them At Their Own Game !Made a Complaint via their online Complaints System ..Branch Manager dismissed my complaint by saying I paid the increased charge and therefore accepted the situation..so nothing to be done ! I note from other reviews that Drivalia ask anyone not happy to contact them ..Don't waste more of your time ..it'll fall on deaf ears ..Seems To be their NEW "Increasing Revenue" PolicyJust saw Drivalia replied with their standard "Sorry to hear you were not happy ..We'd like to hear from you.."They seem to be putting this up for any complaints.Well .. just to be clear .. On returning home, I filed a complaint through my Online Booking Portal .. and I got a curt reply from the OM (Office manager .. I presume)... basically .. you were over an hour late, we cancelled your booking, you accepted an "Upgrade" and paid by Card with your Pin ... so that's what they care about historic custom ...I REPEAT -IF YOU YOU INTEND BOOKING WITH DRIVALIA ...ADD AT LEAST AN HOUR TO YOUR PICK-UP TIME - THEY CAN'T CHARGE YOU FOR ARRIVING EARLY !!!PLAY THEM AT THEIR OWN GAME !
Tanveer was efficient from the start—he answered all my questions clearly and ensured I had the vehicle in no time. The pick-up process was quick and professional, and drop-off was just as smooth. I highly recommend Drivalia to anyone in need of a rental vehicle. Will definitely use them again.
Booking at the Livepool office was quick and efficient. Gareth explained that I could upgrade to an automatic which I did. The car was clean and tidy he pointed out two small pieces of damage (a small dent on the boot and a paint chip on the drivers door) Gareth took me through the controls and I was good to go. Excellent service.
Well...we had a medical emergency requiring my husband to be in Glasgow hospital and Drivalia we're extremely comforting and flexible with our car rental needs. Due to unexpected delays, I was greeted by Gary and crew not only with a very friendly and empathetic welcome, but also an unexpected upgrade which was absolutely wonderful. We didn't do the exploring we intended due to Storm Amy approaching, but the car was great. No complaints.I would absolutely recommend using Drivalia in Glasgow Central!
Dreadful experience at the Gatwick - North Terminal branch!1. the customer service team, with one honourable exception (Zak), were rude, unhelpful and patronising and need proper customer service training (or sacking, bluntly).2. the customer should not be expected to have to validate the state of the car by photos or videos, which was requested by the manager after I refused the “extra” insurance.3. It should be a given that a deposit receipt for the excess should be given immediately.4. The first car offered to me shouldn’t have been on the road at all! It was clearly deficient in several key respects. It had multiple scratches, virtually no fuel, the oil light was showing red with a message saying “oil level very low” and there was a further message saying “the car needs maintenance, please find directions to the nearest garage”!5. this habit of trying to upsell unnecessary and extortionate insurance should be stamped on if the customer clearly doesn’t need or want it.6. I received no condition report for the first car that was offered (I rejected it as above) . If it can’t be run off at the check in desk then it should be sent by email within minutes so the customer can compare it with the actual car.The whole impression was of a branch that really couldn’t give a fig for customer service and thought nothing of sending out a car that shouldn’t have been on the road at allThe whole process took nearly three and a half hours from arriving at the check in desk to driving out of the airport!P.s. I’ve already made a formal complaint via “Manage my Booking” so don’t bother with the standard Drivalia response…
I regularly rent from Drivalia now only. They have the most competitive offers, good quality cars, and great locations around central London. It's very easy to book online through their chat window. I always get helped by Jay Patel, who is swift and always has a good offer. I highly recommend this company!
