AVOID AT ALL COSTS

After returning my car in the exact same condition, I was sent an invoice for £667 with listed damages that were already on the car, plus a cost for giving the car back with 1/4 of petrol, despite being provided with only 1/4 on pick up and advising that to bring back with the same amount. I disputed these costs via email and have received no response, they have now since taken the money from my bank!Avoid at all costs. After researching a few reviews on Reddit it seems as though this is a common theme with numerous customers pursuing legal action.

So far not good

So far not good We are waiting for our rental car to be handed over to us for over an hour after a long day of travelling. Lots of other people also waiting for theirs. One person on the desk only. Haven't had a wait like this for a rental car ever before and won't be using this company again. Prefab to wait in smells of sewage.

Great service e at Drivalia location at Stansted

When we go to the Drivalia location at Stansted airport the service from Yama was excellent. No queue and documents processed quickly…and best of all a nice upgrade which made my onward driving experience much more fun.

I had hired a car from this company…

I had hired a car from this company for a funeral on the 27th September to the 30th. Arived there in a taxi at 5.05 to find the door locked and nobody there.and walk back to the airport again to get a taxi to find somewhere to stay for the night. And collect the car in the morning. Since I had paid for it on line.and got there in the morning to be told we have no car available for you.got a car off sixt car hire company. Highly recommend them.

Ive always used Drivalia at Edinburgh…

Ive always used Drivalia at Edinburgh Airport (not really the airport) and it's gotten worse and worse. Wait time can be over an hour and half. And it's not cheaper. It looks cheaper but they slap extra insurance on.

Do not use. Awful experience

The Hounslow branch was awful. We waited 1h40 min to pick up car at 8.30am on a Sunday morning . Cannot describe how stressful and crap this pick up and drop off was. Have tried to contact company direct rather than write this review but terrible communication post booking. Office was a mess, car park an absolute disorganised mess, car was dirty inside and out therefore unchecked mechanically. Terrible experience .
