Rang first thing in the morning and he arrived within 2 hours. Very amiable person, clean tidy and any mess he insisted on clearing up. I am sorry I didn’t get his name. The problem was solved within an hour and a half. Thoroughly recommend Dyno-Rod. He explained everything he was doing.

Professional job

Andy called me before arriving. He was very polite and professional. He listened to my concerns, made some safety checks before completing the job. I will definitely be using Dyno Rod again for any plumbing or boiler issues I may have in the future.

Great fast service

Great fast service, really friendly and sorted the issue. Price is expensive but I found the issue at 8pm on a night they were there 9am the next morning. Would definitely use again you get what you pay for and I’m very happy

Easy booking via the internet, a phone call from Keith to inform us he was on route and without fuss was able to confirm where the problem lay.. Definitely Dyno Rod would be my first call option if we had a problem again.

2nd engineer review

I had 3 toilet problems and an annoying dripping tap. Dyno rod sent an engineer who fixed 1 toilet but needed to order parts for the other 2, Fortunately for me he made a mistake by leaving a stop valve turned off and the office sent out Danny Kennedy not 10 mins later to correct the error. Danny also easily and quickly fixed toilet # 2, he even showed me where the isolation point in the street was for my house. His excellence however was with toilet #3. It needed to be destroyed to remove it and a replacement fitted but Danny, the utter genius, after so much effort, managed to save my (matched!) toilet. He changed the problem seal, also needed a complete new flush system, and he was so clean, efficient and tidy. I am delighted with his work and cannot recommend him highly enough, I will request him by name in future.
