Had a lovely young man out today he done a fantastic job on my toilet. He was very polite and he made sure he got the job done. His name was Fateh Singh big shout out for this man who works for Dinarod 10 out of 10
Came out the following day and sourced the problem. We had a sewage odour coming through the house, turns out we had a blocked drain on a shared line. David explained all this to us and fixed the problem on our side. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond
Wayne came round at 8.30am, which was great - I was told it would be between 8am and 1pm. Drain was blocked with hardened grease - Wayne diagnosed the problem in no time and cleared the blockage really quickly - polite, high quality, efficient, professional service with a big smile!
We had a pinhole leak from a pipe situated in our kitchen ceiling. Dyno were very helpful in getting someone out to us the same day as we had to shut our water off from the mains supply. Our engineer, Ethan Smith was fantastic. He was polite, quickly triaged what the problem was and worked quickly and neatly to resolve the issue completely. Really happy with Ethan and his efforts, great work.
Allan visited me today as an emergancy call out....he let me know when he was 30 mins away, was polite and so friendly from the get go. The leaking pipe took ages to locate, but Allan didn't just destroy ceilings/flooring to find it, he took his time and worked out where each pipe in the vicinity was coming from and eventually tracked it back. The repairs were top notch and information about possible knock on effects invaluable. Allan is a great plumber, amazing ethics and he is so easy to talk to about both the job in hand and general chit chat....thank you so much Allan
