Great service from Carl S. My appointment was 8-6 but he came early morning, and fixed the problem within about 10-15mins. Talked me through the fix and what keep an eye on, also talked me through what might have to happen if called out again.
I booked online at 6pm on a Thursday evening and they came at 8am on Friday morning. The engineer was friendly and polite, really lovely man. Worked efficiently and quickly to unblock my outside drain. The payment process was simple - just paid on card over the phone. I had text updates and email confirmation and receipt instantly. Can’t fault it.
I had a blocked upstairs toilet, the service was quick, friendly and cheaper than other service providers which I was pleasantly surprised about. The engineer made sure that everything was sorted before he left and explained what the issue was so that I could try to avoid a future issue. 10/10
After trying to unblock my drains my self with rods and having no luck Called these guys from the moment my call was taken was very professional with answering questions and costs Next morning engineer turned up while I was at work and completed the job after a few hours My main reason for the review is just to praise the engineer who came to my house , he worked so hard in the pouring rain and completed the job Unfortunately I didn’t get the guys name but Hopfully this review will get seen and relaid back to him He’s a credit to your company
