I've had two visits recently - firstly from Eck and then, today, from Liam. The service I received from both of them has been first class. Eck identified the root of the problem (excuse the pun) and Liam did a fantastic job in difficult circumstances in removing the pesky roots. If it hadn't been for Liam's perseverance we would have ended up with a much bigger job needing done. So well done both Eck and Liam - highly recommended!

His initial assessment of my toilet problem proved to be spot on and, after a short interval to obtain the necessary parts, he was able to execute a comprehensive and thoroughly professional repair.He kept me informed throughout and was able to both explain and illustrate what had been done. He had an ability to communicate and projected confidence throughout.An excellent job; delivered to my satisfaction.
