Best deals, slow response

They offer the best deals. I think it depends on the destination/location and rental company whether you have a good experience or not. We used Easy Terra for a car rental with Alamo at Curaçao. When we arrived at the airport, the type of car we booked (medium), wasn't available, so they gave us a smaller car. The car was in a good condition. After our trip we contacted Easy Terra. Although it took a long time before they responded, they have paided us the overpaid money back. We are satisfied.

After arriving at the airport I had to…

After arriving at the airport I had to upgrade my car, since the car that I've rented wasn't available anymore. The car that I had was a lot cheaper and I now had to pay the double price. On top of this I had to return the car full, because the car was given to me full. But guess what the car wasn't full at all.

NEVER hire a car through this company

NEVER hire a car through this company, the poorest customer service ever. My husband was so unlucky that his visa card was broken so we had my visa card, which was the same account number as his and my husband's driving license. They did not want to hand over the car or refund the rent as driving licenses and visas were not in the same name. Rented a car without a problem at another company but it cost us 3000 kr

Good car; bad service

Car hired was good, against a reasonable price, with an all inclusive insurance. We still needed to allow the car rental company to take a guarantee/reservation on your credit card. Due to some technical issues, the car rental company was not able to withdraw that guarantee. After that, I got (almost) no support to get the guarantee released. Very customer unfriendly, by both the car rental company and EasyTerra

Everything was good.

Everything was good. We got a bigger car, because they didn’t have the one we reserved. The employees are nice. They bring you to the airport en pick you up. I can reccomend them.
