Review Time
Do not use this company! We rented a car through Easy Terra, but the same creditcard (AMEX) that we used for the booking was not accepted for the deposit! Despite that only a few months before we rented through the same company and then AMEX was accepted. When we called Easy Terra we were told that we should have read through all the terms and conditions to make sure nothing had changed (who really does that?) and that we would not get the car, or our money back. They were rude and unwilling to change the booking, so no car, no restitution and no service. We were forced to book another car with another company.NEVER AGAIN!!!
Nice officer at the desk. Real good car and an upgrade to compensate the very very long wait at the airport.That was the only downfall. We had to wait in line for the registration of the car for more than 2 hours. But when it was there, the officer was polite, worked structured and gave the feeling everything would be ok. Would definatly hire again.
Booked a car accidentally for the wrong month.As there is no notification days before the actual rental we discovered our fault a couple of days before we actually needed the car which was 3 weeks after the date we accidentally appointed.No mercy from easyterra. Our almost 300 eu is gone.This experience is entirerly our own fault but a compensation would make us very probably decide for easyterra again.
