I recently hired a car in Alicante (Spain) for 10 day, via Easyterra (broker) & Europcar. Everything went very, very well. In particular Europcar gave a very professional impression, this in speed of handling, state of the car, fast return... Excellent!

Overall pleasant and user friendly…

Overall pleasant and user friendly experience with EasyTerra. However, the car rental company will try to sell you additional car insurance packages which might not be needed anymore. Be very keen on that and know what is covered by EasyTerra because they will try to sell you the same insurance again. I found that an unpleasant experience which makes you doubt what is and is not covered

No response at all

No response at all. I hired a car in Italia, Alghero and the car rental debited my credit card (which I gave for garuantee), but I don't know for what. A question to EasyTerra isn't being answered (2 weeks ago), and no response at all on a request for an update.
