I met a dishonest seller in ebay.Kleinanzeigen. Bicycle component amount EURO 750.00 .Deal done on 15 Aug and finished payment on 16 Aug. I got seller s IBAN acc and real name. Ebay.GR only blocked the seller s account and told me to report to police department in Germany locally. What should i do now, can some body can give me advice? thx.HENRY from Hong Kong
Sold an item on Ebay UK, sadly turned out it was "available internationally" and was purchased by a German. He then objected to the cost of tracked delivery on the Ebay system. I went to the trouble of getting Royal Mail postage rates with and without tracking. He asked me to invoice him with the non tracking [cheap]option. He paid that, ebay/paypal held payment. It was slow to arrive, probably due to covid. He asked ebay for his money back. They were initially going to pay him, I appealed and was informed I won my appeal and would get paid. Two months later, and several complaints, still no money despite having three written responses from ebay Germany confirming that I would be paid. Latest response now says I will not be paid. I have provided proof of postage. Whole episode totally discraceful, would strongly advise any UK seller to alter their selling settings to UK only and refuse to send goods to Germany.
ZERO Stars for NOT EXISTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR HELP when articles received which don't meet the description. It will be YOUR problem, they don't care at all. No consequences for the seller! What a pity, there are a numerous serious persons selling on this platform - unfortunately they remain unprotected by this policy,I have lost more than 175 Euro because I sent money and I didn't receive my articles.and the seller still offer his article in the site
Do not use this service. Most likely you will get laid! They are out of control. If you use bank transfer you will get laid and they do not care at all. Company themselves out of control. German government should ban this website and company. Because lot’s of case for police department because of them. There are mostly fake products and asking for bank transfers.
