Stay away!!!

I would never advise anyone to purchase smth from this website. I was Googling for a designer earrings and found this ad, I am in UK and the seller is in Germany. I had to create an account on this local Ebay in order to communicate with the seller, and she was very nice and accepted my offer and agreed to send to UK. I sent the payment to her as per her request via PayPal and she asked for my address. I sent it 4 times and she still kept asking, thanks god I have made the screenshots at a time. And after I sent my address again in my last message there was no reply from the seller and I was also no longer able to login to this website. I emailed customer service as there is no way to contact them by phone, and received a reply that my account was terminated due to security protocol and that this decision is final???!!! No explanation, nothing! I consider this website to be fraud or scam.

SHAME ON YOU Ebay Kleinanzeigen!!! I have reported a fraud and they do nothing. This scam site should be avoided! I have presented all the evidence, including the complaint to the police and they do nothing. The scammer continues to place new ads. You don't deserve to be online anymore.

No customer service, a haven for scammers

Bought faulty goods. The ad number disappeared as soon as the seller removed the ad, and was never once mentioned in our e-mails. Can't report the seller, can't even rate him for selling me broken stuff. When I try to rate him, it just opens the page on how to rate sellers. Jesus christ, it's 2020 and Germans live in the 1996 internet era.

I am very disappointed with the service. I bought a small thing for 15 Euro and had to pay 15 Euro or so for shipping. The shipping was handled by eBay and not the seller. The package endet up in a pack station and I had no possibility to pick it up. I was in contact with the seller and the seller referred me to eBay and eBay to the seller. It went back and forth for some weeks and I tried to get it reshipped or refunded but it was a ping pong game and I got no shipment and no refund at the end. How annoying. I will never again order anything from Ebay.
