Jeff: Team 16D was very informative and helpful. I contacted him regarding a property that has been subject to probate and is awaiting a purchaser. His compassionate approach was exemplary. Perhaps EDF could look to reduce their fees for customers who find themselves in this inevitable position.
My experience was really good. EDF collegue name Colin I spoke to today was so helpful, polite and explaining everything to me properly. Very lovely person he was. When I didn't understand what he saying he took his time and explained to me in a nice manner.
