I have gotten myself into a mess and in debt with my bill due to health issues mentally and physically. Ive been frightened to call edf. But today i did it.. and the lady spoke gentle, empathetically and was so helpful in helping me get back ontop of things as well as starting to pay my debt off. I feel like a weight has been lifted the qorrying was making me feel sick. But now im so grateful to this lovely lady for helping me.
I was expertly looked after by Mr Paul Donovan who recognised my issues reported them up the chain and to the necessary level of command to resolve my issue within EDF. My complaint was quickly expedited and resolved thanks to this very kind employee.
