Although I received my two monthly gas bill I did not receive the electricity bill. The person I spoke to on 18.11.25 undertook to send me the missing bill but by today 20.11.25, it had not arrived. Hence I phoned again and person I spoke to arranged to send me the bill again. She dealt with me politely. At my request she provided me with a refence number( 5181142) to identify my phone call.
The person I spoke to Prince Cruz listened to what I needed to know and was able to answer my question quite quickly. He was polite and helpful and then sent me an email straight away to explain the Sunday Saver process. He had the right attitude when speaking to an elderly lady and I was very impressed.
