Everything has been fine until I…

Everything has been fine until I pointed out that my gas smart meter wasn’t sending them readings. An engineer was supposedly sent out - never saw him. Wasn’t picked up on my home CCTV either. Now they’re refusing to do anything about it. A shame really. They were good up until now. Lying to customers isn’t a good look. Just got sent a deadlock letter and basically told I didn’t matter to them. Good app though.

A quick and easy remedy

I complained that my direct debit had become much greater than the cost of the electricity I used, and Hayley at EDF dealt with the matter swiftly and pragmatically by asking me to come up with a new debit figure, which was then accepted.
