No one is perfect

No one is perfect, so keep up the good work.The problem I have is brought to the attention of the direct debt team EVERY TIME you have a review of my payments. Now is the time EDF to stop telling me how to pay my bills, I truly believe I get notification of change in direct debit payments.

Useless

Incompetent, to put it politely. Customer service is a joke. They fail to issue correct bills and they blame customers. They cannot even keep the correct records of customers ' meter types and personal details! EDF just falling apart.

Scott was really helpful when I rang…

Scott was really helpful when I rang EDF. I'd received an email saying they were reducing my monthly direct debit by about £24, which seemed ridiculous as it was November and I was obviously going to use more electricity during the winter. I asked to keep my payment at the higher rate, which Scott immediately agreed to. He was very efficient, polite and spoke clearly. I'm elderly and use hearing aids, and I normally dread phoning large companies. Thank you Scott!
