Great support from Helen and Team 13C

I had a long-running issue with my Economy 7 meter timing that had caused incorrect billing over a long period. The situation was quite frustrating at first and took several attempts to get to the bottom of.Once my case was picked up by Helen and her team, everything finally moved forward. Helen was extremely helpful, clear, and proactive throughout. She reviewed the metering data thoroughly, explained what had gone wrong, and arranged for the correct billing adjustment to be applied, along with a goodwill credit. Thanks to her work, the issue is now fully resolved.My 5-star rating is specifically because of the quality of service provided by Helen and Team 13C, who handled things professionally and made sure the problem was properly fixed.
