Just really really bad!!Joined them nearly a month ago and needed a bit of help and support so reached out through their text service and WhatsApp and to this date never had a reply! I mean it’s astonishingly bad! So I raise a complaint after 2 weeks, wait a week and get a response saying yeah it’s been really bad but the issues you raised have sorted themselves out and nothing else, no next steps if I’m not happy or a goodwill gesture. So now I’ve had enough and will be taking this to ombudsman and asked for their final response and no suprises at all they have not responded again! Honestly has to be the worse customer service I have even encountered because they literally just don’t respond and that’s unacceptable.Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs!
Had to ring because I had not received statements for the last two months. For some reason it seems that my statement is not being produced automatically now. She sent a statement through on my email. It may be beneficial to get new meters in the near future but will wait for now.
