Quick response to my request

I wasn’t happy that EDF wanted to increase my monthly payments as I have been in credit all year. I wrote and told them and I got a speedy reply from Elle who understood my concerns and agreed to keep them as they are for now. The matter was therefore resolved very quickly without any stress!
