Replacement gas meter readings.

I spoke to Lindsey regarding a concern with readings on a new gas meter recently fitted. She was knowledgeable and able to explain clearly the difference between calculating units used on the replaced and new meters, allaying my fears about possible overcharging. Very reassuring and a pleasure to talk to.

Super fast response.

I was on hold for under a minute. Liam answered the call and politely guided me through the security questions. He understood my problem, and was able to give me simple answers and solutions to an unusual issue. It was a clear phone line, with no discernible background noise I wish all providers had such well run call centres.

I had a wonderful member of staff called Hayley - she listened and took the time to actually get to the bottom of a problem which had been ongoing for 11 months. She came back to me when she said she would and actually resolved the muddle. Very grateful.
