I used Egertons (via Greenflag) twice for the same breakdown, once to diagnose the fault and the second time to recover the vehicle to a garage for repair. On both occasions Egertons turned up very quickly and each time I had a phone call from their office giving an estimated arrival time that turned out to be completely accurate. The technician who diagnosed the fault was quick, efficient and friendly, as was the man who came with the recovery truck. What could have been a very difficult afternoon after losing all engine power while going round a roundabout turned out to be very straightforward, thanks to the excellent service Egertons provided
Egertons RhimneyMy vehicle is a write off and I called to collect the contents but the vehicle was inaccessible due to a problem beyond anyone's control. I am disabled and in my vehicle was an important box with emergency medical gear in it. On hearing this, two of the Edgertons team set too to move the vehicle by hand. 15 minutes of extraordinary effort and they emerged with the bright red box.It would have been so easy to do nothingThanks Guys.
We were attended to by a lovely man who did his very best to make sure we and the car were safe and sound he dropped us off at home took the time to put the car were we wanted it, no rushing or hurry nothing was too much trouble, would recommend this company every time
