Pay attention this Vendor/Company is a scam!

UPDATE:
I updated this review to be as short as possible, but if nothing happens and Amazon doesn't help us, we might resolve this with a law action.

EXPERIENCE REVIEW:
We bought a brand **NEW** Samsung Tab s9+ from them with Amazon and the tablet died after 4 months, so I brought it up to the local samsung customer service and they told us that:
1) The motherboard just died, no damages or similar and that it just died for overheat.
2) The tablet was already used back in 2023 and the free warrancy was already over, we had to pay a fee if we wanted to repair it.
The logical solution was to send the tablet to the vendor, aka Elektronicazaak.com, since it is under their warrancy.

Long story short, after we tried to get a refund the tablet was magically fixed at the start of febraury but near at the end of the month, they said that the tablet can't be fixed for water damages at we need to pay an investigation fee of near 50€.
They also sent us low quality pictures as proof but my tech friends said that it's impossible to have water damages where they showed us unless the tablet was fully immerged with water, which I didn't do that.

They sold us a used defective device voluntarily as brand new and they are trying everything to wash their hands about this situation, like scammers do.
My shock and rage was very high when I discovered Trustpilot and how for long they are being doing this.

We want our money back so we can a buy a new tablet from someone more trusted.
I need the tablet to draw... to WORK with it, in this moment they are preventing me to work since I am an illustrator.
Thankfully I have a PC to work but I wanted a tablet to draw more freely.

For any customer reading this, please pay attention who are you buying from online and do even more checks before a purchase, we are nearly 4 months without the tablet and with them not doing anything about it.

Bought new but they send used one

I bought ipad pro 2024 M4 new but it came to me opened box.I checked also the link from apple to know when it is bought, so I figure out that it is used from one month ago, so the warranty it is activated from one month ago.To be honest I don't know if it is used or refurbished or someone bought and he sent it back and then I bought it.So behavior it is not good, So angry from this company.Not trusted.

Don't be fooled by their cheaper prices

Don't think this 'cheaper' purchase will be a good catch compared to other suppliers. Buy your products from the original brand - this company has an unclear system of offering cheaper products with long warranty options - which is actually a trick. My Airpods started to have a non-stop clicking sound, which were used for about a year. On Apple's official support website I came across a lot of people who had the same problem. In most of the cases, the charging case or the Airpods themselves get replaced since it is a production problem in most of the cases. As I had bought my Airpods from this company who offered 2 years warranty - they asked me to make sure there is no dirt before they could give a repair service. The cleaning was regularly done already, but I did a few more rounds. At the end, they asked me to send it to them for a research to be done - which costs 49 Euros apparently, and would be covered under the warranty. They asked me to remove the device from all the connected phones/find my iPhone services and post them via mail. After a few days, they wrote back saying the product is not under warranty as the hygiene conditions did not allow to get it checked. They are still asking for the research costs (which is a paradox) - while offering me the option where they could waive this cost if I decide to leave my Airpods with them, which is x3 worth of this special research! I am going to take legal action anyways, but I am writing this to save other people's time and nerves if they ever consider buying anything from this place.

Never buy from this company.

I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with the warranty service for my vacuum cleaner, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I have been waiting for several months to have my vacuum repaired, and the entire process has been marked by deception, miscommunication, and a complete lack of transparency.Firstly, when I initially contacted the company about my broken battery issue, they treated me as if I were completely ignorant. Instead of providing straightforward instructions for repair, they sent me an email suggesting that repeatedly turning the vacuum on and off would miraculously fix the problem. It was disheartening to feel like they were trying to trick me into believing that such a basic solution would resolve a clearly faulty battery issue.As if this wasn't bad enough, things took a turn for the worse when they finally instructed me to send in my vacuum for repairs. Rather than handling the repair themselves or sending it to a reputable service center, they redirected me to a completely different company This sudden shift in responsibility was not only confusing but also deeply concerning.When I expliened them it is their resposibility to fix it I sent my vacuum to Elektronicazaak as instructed, and that was the last I heard from either company. It has now been a frustratingly long two months since I parted ways with my vacuum, and I have made numerous phone calls inquiring about the status of my repair. Unfortunately, every call has been met with unhelpful responses and a total lack of information.This entire experience has left me feeling deceived, ignored, and utterly disappointed in the level of service provided. As a customer who trusted in the warranty and service promised, I expected a far more professional and efficient process.In conclusion, I would strongly advise against relying on this company's warranty service. The lack of communication, the redirection to a different repair company, and the overall mishandling of my case have left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. It is regrettable that what should have been a straightforward warranty repair has turned into an ongoing ordeal.

I've had a doubt about a phone i by i was wondering if it was a second-hand or a new one. i've asked them via bol.com contact form thay answered winthin the 30 minutes and provide me with a extended bill confirming that the phone was new.top!

Apple Airpods sold not covered by Apple warranty.

I boughtApple AirPods 2 from Bol In January. They were supplied by Elektronicazaak. Two months later they broke. I discovered that the items sold were not covered by Apples 12 month warranty. Electroniczaak initially agreed to replace them but then refused maintaining that the items returned were not the items they sold us. After many e mails and an offer of a 50% refund which I refused, we appealed to Bol and were sent new working earpods but these are still not covered by the Apple warranty. Avoid this supplier.
