I had another unsatisfactory flight returning from Dubai to Amman. Although the check-in process was chaotic, the crew was helpful. Unfortunately, the flight was aging, and the meal options were limited. There were several issues with boarding and logistics that need addressing.
I felt neglected as a customer throughout my experience. I faced a flight delay with minimal communication from the staff. The disorganization at the airport and the lack of support during my connection were frustrating, especially during a difficult time. I hope for better service in the future.
I am extremely disappointed with the handling of a straightforward request. After canceling two tickets, I have struggled for weeks to obtain necessary documentation for my company. Despite clear explanations, the customer service agents have not provided any resolution or support. This lack of accountability is unacceptable for a major airline.
I've observed a noticeable decline in service quality. Previously, I appreciated this airline, but recent experiences suggest otherwise. Other airlines seem to be performing better in terms of customer service and overall experience.
Do emirates staff have to have “aura” control? I don’t know how they do it, their team are just incredible!! They wait outside for hours at the airport. Everyone in flight is lovely. For me this is the best airline in the world.1.8 score? Not sure how that adds up.
The service used to be outstanding and excellent but last flight from Dubai to Phuket was nothing special nor pleasant. Seats are as narrow and small as they are with Qatar. Legroom is by no way the advertised centimeters, again the same as Qatar and recline was also limited. Tray was broken, on-board service was mediocre and limited. For hospitality don't turn to flight attendants. There would be no need for negative score but when charging twice as much as Qatar or Etihad there should be a reason for it like better seats or service.
