Gazelle makes quality bikes to fit the mind and body. My ultimate C380 is full of quality components, an easily shiftable and maintenance free hub, and classic style and comfort. I’ve only got 50 miles on it so far, but am looking forward to all my future adventures. It’s exactly what I needed to get out and explore.

I'm so frustrated when I have heard the refund not included goods return shipping cost. My old device is out of order and I seek a replacement. I found your product is the same as mine. After I have made the payment and you tell me I'm not eligible to the purchase. Since you refused to sold the device to me but send out the filter to me without prior notice is entirely your fault. I have no use with the filter as I haven't a workable equipment. Thus I strongly request you to refund goods return cost to me in order to compensate the trouble and time wasting caused by you.

Overall a great bike, but wishing for even more. I bought the red low step. Really enjoying it for sure, but I wish i would have bought the class 3. I spend the whole time doing 19.6 mph, wanting to go faster. Good: All thing things everybody says. Its really smooth. Its quiet. Its got solid power that makes you just feel like youre extra efficient. - Battery life has been fantastic. My butt gets tired before the battery does. The bad: - Its quite heavy, but all ebikes are. - I want to go faster. I'm a 34 yr old male, and should have gotten the class 3. I spend my whole time going full speed, on turbo mode. - Water bottles. The bottom bottle mounts were useless. I had to remove the bell and add one to the handlebars there, as the rest of the handlebars are large and/or tapered. - I wish the spedometer kept track of the total miles you've put on the bike. If it does, i cant find it. - Wish the battery was integrated. While i've got more cons written than pros, know that I love this bike. I've gotten back into biking because of it, and i'm looking for reasons to take it out. Very enjoyable bike, and i'm looking to get an even better/faster/stronger Gazelle in the very near future and give this one to my wife.
