I traveled several hundred miles to purchase my Arroyo gazelle ebike. I called in advance, and the Bend e-bike dealer had my bike ready to go when I arrived. The sales people were very helpful and went over the functions of the bike.

The company has patience as I had to tryout every bike in the store. They are very helpful. They know everything about the e-bikes that they are selling. If they are not sure about an item that isn’t in the store they got in touch on line to get me the answers needed. Great place to purchase a bike. I was so impressed I been back 3 more times for other purchases. Seacoast E-bikes is the best.
