My maiden voyage with an e-bike

This was my first experience with an e-bike and I am very impressed. The retailer was so helpful and even delivered the bike to my door. He also helped me to choose a better seat and also a different shaft for the suspension.

Too automated and help was scripted

I called to attempt to place an order with negative results as the clerk on the phone sounded scripted and just referred me to the website for questions! I disagree with this style business model. Many people still want to talk to a representative! I’d probably spent a lot more money on options however I didn’t as I felt blown off..

I was able to get what I needed easily and in a timely manner. I do wish it was possible to order a mask at the same time. My travel supplies are a little different than my home supplies

I have been searching for an E Bike for the last 3 years. The bikes that caught my attention were too high priced at 5-6K.I went into the Santa Cruz store on a whim as I had not seen the Gazelle before. I was immediately impressed.The staff explained and answered my questions by pointing out various features of the Gazelle. With the sale price offered, I could not resist. I am proud that I took this step in purchasing my Gazelle. Never a doubt only confirmation of this excellent purchase.After 4 days of riding around Santa Cruze with all the various hills and terrane, wow what a great experience. I am 73.5 yrs old and am recovering from RA this ride will and is helping with stamina issues.The staff at the Gazelle store in Santa Cruz were most helpful and patient with all my questions. Kudos!!
