Review Time
I bought my Gazelle Medeo T9 back in May 2021 (when e-bikes were difficult to find during the pandemic), and it has reduced my dependence on a car. I took advantage of the MIK rack and added a rear basket and panniers which worked out great for picking up groceries and take-out, and replaced the stock saddle with a Selle Royal Respiro Relaxed seat and now enjoy 20-30 mile rides along the SF Bay Trail. The Bosch Active Line Plus 3rd generation motor makes headwinds almost unnoticeable. However, my Bosch Purion display failed after 1 year, but my local Gazelle dealer had it replaced hassle-free and at no charge. Overall, a really good electric bike with quality components, build and comfort. Still rides like new after 2500 miles.
The T-10 is a fantastic bike! It's so well made. I have supreme confidence in it when speeding down a hill. You need to trust the equipment when those conditions exist. I also love the "natural feel" of pedal assist. You can get a fantastic workout (contrary to what non eBike owners believe) on this bike.
I contacted them to tell them about a rash that was caused by their product. I sent pictures as requested and they didn't care and said there's nothing they can do. One time I contacted munchkin asking a question as my child was born premature and was in NICU and I needed to know information about a product for her size. They sent me a box filled with other products since they couldn't help me out. I have re purchased many of the items. I also contacted Dr Brown's for nipple information for her premie size and they sent me bottles to try out. Since then I have only purchased browns bottles and nipples. I am extremely disappointed since my baby was injured and will scar from this rash caused by this company and they have no remorse. Caitlin is nice but keeps spelling my name wrong.Update: they said they would contact me but no one has
Nathan at Tommee Tippee was sending me new valves for two sport cups that leak. This has been going on for months . They did send me some straws. For what I don’t know. Im waiting for the valves and when I get them I’ll give you a different rating. Im very disappointed
The representative that helped me was reliable, honest, totally AWESOME, and more helpful than most people I’ve dealt with in my life. I used Tommee Tippee products for my son who is now two, and am using the same products and even expanding to more Tommee Tippee products with my new son who will arrive in July. There was a day when my son was a month old and we couldn’t figure out what to do about his colic, so we went to the store and bought 20 different pacifiers. Among those were the Day and Night pacifiers, and they were the ONLY ones that worked!!! Tommee Tippee is our ride or die!
