Great quality build bikes

Great quality build bikes. Gazelle is a Dutch based company with over 100 years in designing and building bikes. So, they are not a Johnny come lately eBike company. Also, the Bosch system and batteries they use on their eBikes are widely used by many high quality eBike brands given the power and reliability.

I purchased two straw sippee cups and…

I purchased two straw sippee cups and took one out of package to use. The tab was so hard for me to pop up, I didn't believe my 2 yr old grandson could. The cup when tilting also leaked. My daughter purchase the sportee cups few months back and they don't leak and there is no tab to open as it has a spout. I requested these as a replacement product. I was advised that an order was replaced and should be received in 10 business days. On the 11th day I hadn't received them and sent an email for a tracking#. I was advised there wasn't one but someone would look into the situation. The next day I did receive the sportee cups and notified by email of this so they could stop looking into the matter. These cups are much better and my grandson is not able to chew the spout due to the silicone texture as he does other cups. Very pleased the offer of a replacement set and the entire interaction with your reps. Thanks Carol

Help finding adapter for breast pump to use with pump and go bags

So I contacted customer service to see where I am able to get the adapters for the pump since I bought the Tommee Tippee to go bottle and bags. This is what it says on their website “ Please drop our Careline Team a message through our Contact Us page and we will help you get an additional adapter as soon as possible. ” I contacted them then the customer service person told me this “ Thank you for contacting Tommee Tippee. I would be more than happy to help you. In order to deal with your request could you please provide your home address for our record?” I provided them with my information and address after I send them my address they tell me this “ Unfortunately the part that you are looking for are really rare to find but I can recommend to look at different retailer where you may find that product but we cannot guarantee you that they will have it available on stock. Please see the link below where you can buy our product with different retailer: …their webpage/en-us/where-to-buy”. So basically they aren’t really able to help. How am I supposed to find it at a retailer and the the actual company who owns the products.
