Backordered delay

My Travel Mini was on backorder. Once it arrived in stock, I expected delivery within a week. That did not happen. I was told my unit was in shipping but it was not shipped until I called daily to get the status. That took another week before it shipped.

Tammy and her team at ResMed were simply awesome throughout the process of getting my new, glorious mini-CPAP! From the doctor’s referral, to the ordering, shipping, and calls re: setup and future supplies - the team was amazing!!! THANK YOU!!

Initial response was fast, but everything else has been frustrating.

I liked how fast the initial response was, but I’ve emailed them, called AND went to the trouble of creating a Facebook to try to get in contact with them. They keep saying that I haven’t emailed them. Then they also didn’t help very much on the call. I have check the Facebook a couple times but they still haven’t replied there either. Their fast response to my initial message is the reason I gave them 2 stars instead of one. That really made me happy. But it’s all this other stuff that is making it difficult on top of a teething baby. Not mad. Just stressed, I guess. Anyway, I am more than happy to give them a 5 star review on google as soon as the problem is fixed!! I’m just really struggling to appreciate them in general when everything I try to do doesn’t work.

Tammy was excellent in taking my order today (8/9/2022)! Since she is a CPAP user as well, she understands the challenges of CPAP therapy. What a pleasure to order the AirMini with her! ResMed is lucky to have her.

In the nick of time!

My prescription form was missing one data point the shop required and my pulmonologist only works part time so she didn't see the request until Thursday. You must have had the CPAP ready to ship, because I got it Friday - just in time to leave for my cruise. I greatly appreciated your efforts to get the CPAP to me in time for my trip.
