Working with the Tommee Tippee support team was great! I wish the Sportee bottle I purchased held up more to my 3.5-year old’s teeth. The “bite-proof” spout just wasn’t durable enough for him. Having said that, the support team listened to my issue and plan to resolve it by sending me replacement bottles for my children. Thank you very much, but my constructive feedback would be to use a different material instead of silicone on those spouts because it scared me to think my kids could have choked on or swallowed a piece of it.
I contacted support to see if I could buy an adapter for the pump and go bags separately so I didn't have to but another complete kit. they told me they don't have adapters for my pump when the website stats otherwise. They are now ignoring me when I send screen shots the say the do. I'm updating to say. No one has reached out to further this. I contacted a second time and spoke to someone else on Facebook who was actually helpful and resolved my situation rather than lying to me and dismissing me
My cups leak. Customer service took 3 days of back and forth, answering a long list of questions regarding the issue, proof of purchase, etc to tell me they don’t have products anyway they only sell through retailers to return to the retailer to fix the issue.
I had initially messaged Tommee Tippee’s Facebook customer service and was not satisfied with my experience. However, when they followed up via email, I shared my thoughts and they could not have been more accommodating and eager to resolve my issue. They were prompt, clear and detailed in their communications, and incredibly helpful. Thank you!
I wrote about purchasing a new ring for our bottle. I was told one would be sent out to us free of charge. Great- but we never received it. A month later i contacted you again about a ring, and I was told yet again one would be sent out to us and I still haven’t received anything
